With over 24 years of experience in the title insurance industry, I bring deep operational knowledge, legal insight, and a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity. I began my career working alongside an attorney who taught me the foundations of the title world—an experience that shaped my understanding of both the legal and practical sides of real estate transactions. I am also a proud member of the Illinois Land Title Association (ILTA).

My career includes experience on both the banking and title sides of the industry, including managing downstate Illinois operations for Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund (ATGF). That role provided valuable exposure to large-scale title operations and reinforced the critical role title insurance plays in protecting property rights.

Building on that foundation, I founded Contract Closing & Title Services (CCTS)  to provide title searches and attorney support services with a flexible, client-focused approach.

Outside of work, I am married to a wonderful husband and share our home with a two-year-old black Labrador.  We also have four grown children in our blended family. We are also actively involved in community service and operate a nonprofit organization supporting children who have lost a parent in the public safety line of duty.
